How Long Is Your Delivery Time?

The photo booth will be shipped out within 3 working days except holidays, and the tracking number will be given to you at the same time. It will usually take 3~10 days to delivery.

What Is Your Products Warranty?

The photo booths have one year warranty. If there is any question about use, please leave us a message at your convenient and our engineers will deal with them quickly.

 

Can You Provide The Software?

If you buy the 360 video booth, you can use with the Doelbooth application. And there will be free subscription of DOELBOOTH for a limited period.

If you buy the mirror booth or the roamer booth, we will recommend some good software to you, according to our experience and customers' feedback.

 

How Do You Pack The product?

In order to make our photo booth more portable to transport and move, usually our photo booth products have a road case with universal wheels. Each road case of different photo booth models, is designed to protect photo booth well! Besides, we also have portable bag with cart package for 360 photo booth.
